What's Up Wednesday

Spring is here and Earth Day is just a few weeks away!  If you're in the Toronto area, you can celebrate in Trashion Team style by taking a workshop with Tammy from Junckshop.

Tammy will show you how to create a fabulous mobile entirely out of toilet paper tubes.  Express your creativity by transforming the humble toilet paper tube into a mobile or piece of wall art. Paint your design and attach thread to hang, or mount directly on the wall. Great for parents & kids (ages 10+).  Event information, registration details and a photo of Tammy's brilliant upcycled mobiles are at the link below:

Upcycled Mobile Workshop
Saturday, April 16th from 2:00 - 4:00pm
$35/person or $30/person if you bring a friend
Wise Daugthers Craft Market
3079B Dundas St. West, Toronto, ON, M6P 1Z9

Tammy's distinctive upcycled jewelry is featured in Garth Johnson’s latest book, 1000 Ideas for Creative Reuse: Remake, Restyle, Recycle, Renew.
